MWR holds superman competition
AL QA'IM, Iraq — Marines, soldiers and sailors all lift weights for their own reasons. Some service members dedicate all their free time to grueling workout schedules.
At Camp Al Qa’im, Iraq, the staff of the Morale Welfare and Recreation center recognizes an individual once a month for his weightlifting efforts.

Marine Corps Sport Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Announced

The Commandant of the Marine Corps will host the 2008, United States Marine Corps Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony here at the Clubs at Quantico, July 18, 2008 at 11 a.m.

General James T. Conway will induct former Marines Eddie LeBaron, Hank Bauer, Ernie Stautner, and Joshua Culbreath at a luncheon ceremony that will celebrate their achievements.
