Investment Oversight Committee

The Investment Oversight Committee is chaired by the The Fiscal Director of the Marine Corps and oversees the safety and security of MCCS NAF Investments. The committee periodically reviews the NAF investment portfolio and advises the Board on short and long term investment goals, and monitors collateralization of reserve funds (construction, operating budget, insurance, medical and dental). The Investment Oversight Committee (IOC) was originall formed in 1989 to provide independent senior-level oversight of Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) investments.
