Aquatics & Waterfront Areas
Pools, beaches, and waterfronts are some of the most popular facilities offered, providing an outlet for outdoor recreation activities. As such, they play an important role in shaping customer impressions. The Marine Corps has over 40 pools located at most installations. There are approximately 16 beaches and waterfront areas; most are located adjacent to camping or recreational lodging facilities.

Beaches & Lakes
Enjoy spending time at MCCS beach and lake locations and the many associated activities offered there.
Marinas
For the water enthusiast, the Marine Corps has twelve marinas with a variety of boating opportunities.
Scuba
Located on some of the world's finest beaches, six Marine Corps bases offer recreational scuba diving programs that can provide instruction, equipment for rent and sale and supervised dive trips.
Swimming Pools
Many MCCS locations offer indoor or outdoor swimming pools and swimming lessons.
