FAMILY LIFE

MCFTB Best Practices

Overview

Marine Corps Family Team Building Programs are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to improve the delivery of services. Methods employed to serve Marines and their families vary by location, demographic, environment, and services available in the surrounding community. It is imperative that our methods evolve and meet the ever increasing demands of the Global War on Terror. Often practices are developed at one installation that work well, but are seldom shared with other Marine Corps Family Team Building programs. The purpose of this web page is to encourage discussion and offer a place for sharing ideas on how to best deliver services to Marines and families.

Process:

Anyone can submit a best practices via information paper and/or PowerPoint presentation to the Branch Head, Marine Corps Family Team Building, Personnel and Family Readiness Division, Manpower and Reserve Affairs
Department, Headquarters Marine Corps, for review and posting on the MCCS web site. Once approved, the best practice(s) with supporting documents will be posted on the MCCS web site according to the subject area(s) found in the links below.

Fax or email it along with the supporting documents (e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
to mcftb@usmc.mil or FAX 703-784-9822.
