Single Marine Program Working Group

The Single Marine Program Working Group met at the Crossroads Inn, MCB Quantico 21-25 Aug. The purpose of the Working Group was to assess the current SMP using a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The Group was focused, involved and passionate about SMP according to the facilitators.

The final assessment snapshot:

SMP is positioned to take advantage of opportunities that will engage and connect with the diverse population that is the new generation of single Marines but it will take a fresh approach and new tactics to maximize the potential impact of the program and guarantee mission success.

Make it Real ... An MCO policy that addresses advocacy and programming
Make it Yours... Look for updates from the 2006 Conferences
No Boundaries!!... An SMP that is new, exciting & invigorating!!!
