By attending classes and utilizing resources Marines and family members can learn how to take control of their problems and get back on track, before suicide seems like the only answer.


Marine Corps Family Team Building

Lifestyle Insights, Networking, Knowledge, and Skills (L.I.N.K.S.)  L.I.N.K.S. offers an orientation to the Marine Corps lifestyle, helping  spouses, Marines, children and teens, and parents/extended family members understand and adapt to the unique challenges military life often presents. 

Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program (PREP)  PREP is a relationship enhancement program that teaches couples how to effectively communicate, work together as a team, manage conflict without damaging closeness, and preserve and enhance commitment and friendship.

Spouses' Learning Series (SLS) The triad of workshops and online courseware provides skills and educational development in the following areas: Communication, Relationship Building, Personal and Professional Empowerment, Business Management and Leadership, Stress Reduction, Goal Setting, and Life/Work Balance.

Financial Management Resources from MCCS The Personal Financial Management Program Provides personal financial education, training, counseling and information and referral.

Chaplain's Religious Enrichment Development Operation (CREDO)  CREDO provides FREE workshops open to all active duty military, Reservists, retirees, and family members.  Participants have the opportunity to develop new perspectives about their relationships with family and friends, the military, and spiritual traditions.

Anger Management Information, Handouts, Brochures, Poster and Presentation are contained within the website.

Stress Management The website offers links and programs as resources to help you improve your ability to manage stress, anger and moods.  If you are experiencing difficulties with stress responses or stress injuries please contact your Chain of Command, Medical/Clinic, Chaplain, Mental Health Clinic or Family Health Provider.
