Virtual Support for Marines & Their Families
Marines and families face stress–in life, at work, in training, on deployments. Sometimes additional support, like counseling, is needed.
Free, Convenient, and Effective
Access free counseling sessions from anywhere, on your schedule, for you and your family.
Free, Convenient, and Effective
Marines and their families are eligible to receive up 12 free, non-medical confidential counseling sessions per issue. Our goal is to provide short-term, solution-focused support. If you need longer-term care or specialized services, your counselor will provide appropriate referrals to ensure you get the help you need.
Semper Support provides access to counseling for service members, as well as their families, who are geographically dispersed and/or those who may experience barriers to in-person counseling services.
Confidential Support for Life's Challenges
Seek counseling to help you manage stress, navigate challenges, and build resilience.
Confidential Support for Life's Challenges
Marine leaders and their unit's Operational Stress Control and Readiness (OSCAR) team members provide critical mentorship and support. Sometimes other support – like non-medical counseling - is needed.
Semper Support provides virtual, non-medical counseling and referrals for Marines and their families to address stressful situations. Our counselors provide help and resources to better manage life stressors and challenges while improving mission readiness, resilience, and well-being.
The Right Help at the Right Time
Trust our trained counselors to ensure you're connected to the right support, especially in a crisis.
The Right Help at the Right Time
Your safety is our priority. While Semper Support is not a crisis hotline, our trained counselors will make a warm handoff to the appropriate emergency services or crisis resources if you are in immediate danger.
